Role Overview:
We are going through and exciting period of change and are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Cloud Engineer to join our DevOps Engineering Team. You will work as part of our exciting greenfield tech hub covering all facets of technology within Kingfisher. You will be responsible for the delivery of continuous quality software using DevOps practices and principles focused on an Infrastructure delivery model. You will be expected to be actively pairing to share knowledge, make key decisions, whilst enabling the delivery team's progress around all aspects from individual growth, service improvements and future strategies.

What's the job?:
Key Accountabilities / Responsibilities:
- Drive automation in all technical areas
- Supporting the Design and delivery of pipelines and paths to production
- Working closely with the Tech Lead, Product Owner and scrum masters to create, deliver and support the platform in line with our infrastructure strategy
- Reviewing automation in technical areas and recommend improvements
- Deploy, plan and maintain IAAS, PAAS & tooling capabilities
- Creation and ongoing ownership of the platform common standards and practices
What you'll bring:
Required Skills & Experience
- A strong background and working knowledge of DevOps practices and key technologies
- Strong knowledge of AWS and GCP
- Any experience with Infrastructure as Code such as Terraform or Cloud Formation
- A strong technical background in build and release environments, with experience of CI tools such as Gitlab or Jenkins
- A good understanding and any experience of monitoring tools like DataDog or Dynatrace
- Have strong problem-solving skills to help the teams when decisions are needed
