Security Manager for Financial applications

As Cybersecurity Manager, you will play a pivotal role in protecting our company's sensitive data, systems, and infrastructure from cyber threats. You will implement and maintain robust security measures, proactively identifying and mitigating risks, and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations.

Responsibilities:

Develop, implement, and manage the company's overall cybersecurity strategy and program.
Oversee the identification, assessment, and mitigation of cybersecurity risks and vulnerabilities.
Manage the implementation and maintenance of security controls, including firewalls, intrusion detection systems, and data encryption.
Develop and enforce security policies and procedures, and conduct regular security awareness training for employees.
Lead incident response activities in the event of a cyberattack or security breach.
Stay up-to-date on the latest cybersecurity threats and trends, and adapt the company's security posture accordingly.
Manage the cybersecurity budget and resources effectively.
Collaborate with other departments, such as IT, DevOps, and Legal, to ensure the integration of cybersecurity into all aspects of the business.
ISO 27001 experience

Desired Skills & Experience

Minimum 5 years of experience in cybersecurity management in the technology industry.
Proven experience in developing and implementing cybersecurity programs, policies, and procedures.
