Overview: We're seeking an experienced Head of Business Development & Sales to lead all sales and business development operations, define our strategy, and drive our vision forward. Develop and execute comprehensive business development and sales strategies aligned with company objectives.
Establish and manage the business development and sales department, shaping its structure and overseeing day-to-day operations.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities, building a robust pipeline of leads.
Design and implement effective sales processes and best practices to improve conversion rates and customer acquisition.
Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities, guiding strategic decision-making.
Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure cohesive customer experiences and meet market demands.
Set and manage sales targets, monitor performance, and optimize strategies for effectiveness.
Measure, analyze, and report on the performance of business development and sales initiatives, KPIs, and ROI.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field; Master’s degree preferred.
