Job Responsibilities:
- Sourcing – Searching for talent through social networks and continuously opening new channels/sources of recruitment
- Create recruitment processes for a variety of positions
- Reviewing (filtering) CV’s
- Phone/video interviews
- Face to face interviews
- Keep candidates up-to-date and informed throughout the hiring process
- Work closely with technology experts, interviewers, and executives through the entire recruiting process
- First-day Onboarding for new employees
