Job description

This position would operate within Risk Strategies Private Equity group, Krauter and Company. Krauter & Company is a full service international insurance and benefits broker that has reengineered the brokerage model to ensure delivery of the best risk management solutions our industry can offer.

Requirements

  • Develop customized solutions for client risk management needs, maintain existing client base and a focus on developing new market relationships
  • Knowledge of loss sensitive, alternative risk transfer, self-insured retentions and captive programs
  • Strong experience in growing new revenue with current clients as well as contributing to new client acquisition
  • Responsible for coordinating, resourcing and carrying out large projects/programs.
  • Proactively drive discussions around plan performance and design
  • Proactively manage a full book of business while providing M&A/Due Diligence support
  • Identify, analyze and quantify prospect/client exposures
  • In depth knowledge of policy language with ability to manuscript language for customized programs and coverage needs

Requirements & Qualifications:

  • 7+ years of insurance brokerage experience
  • Resident P&C License required
  • BS/BA degree or equivalent
  • Proven experience managing multiple teams delivering on client projects
