CropX Technologies, a global agricultural technology company, with 110 employees around the world, is looking for a passionate and experienced Sales and Business Development Manager to join our great team in Australia.
Responsibilities
● Generate business plans to deliver growth expectations in Australia.
● Establish long term business relationships and presence within the marketplace.
● Build a significant sales pipeline and contribute to company’s revenue.
● Manage day-to-day relationships with partners including commercial, legal, financial and marketing aspects.
● Advance and establish new opportunities with existing relationships and define revenue opportunities.
● Lead internal interfaces and operations in order to deliver upon customer requirements
Requirements
● 7+ years of sales and/or business development experience in new markets
● Must have experience in the Ag Industry and has wide networks
● Great negotiation skills
● Excellent business judgment, creative problem-solving, and decision-making skills. Excellent project management, communications, presentation, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
