• Provide data solutions supporting the drug development life cycles, including CDISC standards implementation, statistical programming, statistical analysis, submission, metadata repository implementation and Data Science.
• Develop and implement data strategy including but not limited to Machine Learning and Artificial Intelligence.
• Lead data related initiatives/changes and integration of data platforms to data analysis and regulatory compliance.
• Ability to explore and solve complex problems.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skill.

• PhD or MSc in biostatistics, computing or related discipline.
• Experience working within a clinical trials environment.
• Solid experience in biometrics, big data, data science, AI and Gen AI.
