OneInfinity is the commercial lines business arm of the OneDegree Group, a group of insurance and technology companies that takes a collaborative approach to accelerate innovations in the insurance industry. At OneInfinity, we provide digital asset insurance and are the first direct insurer to offer such products in Asia.   We are also expanding into cybersecurity insurance space and develop solutions that tackle cyber risks.

As an Management Trainee, you will play a vital role in supporting the team's day-to-day operations as well as key initiatives, ensuring we deliver excellence to our clients and achieve key project milestones. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking for varying responsibilities across multiple teams, gain hands-on experience in a start-up environment and learn about both the Web3 and insurance industries.

What you will be doing:

Conduct market research on digital asset trends and analyse their implications for our insurance products.
Collaborate with other teams and departments, including business development, product, and marketing teams to ensure smooth business operations.
Contribute to the crafting of the company’s overall strategy, business development, and marketing initiatives. This role may also involve contributing to various operational areas on an ad-hoc basis.
Assist in client onboarding by processing business inquiries, performing KYC / AML checks and reviewing operational documents as part of the business development process.
Be responsible for client record management by organizing and maintaining our internal systems and database.

What we are looking for:

Bachelor’s degree in a business-related field or related disciplines.
Strong interest in digital assets, cryptocurrency, and blockchain. 
Excellent communication, detail-oriented with great organizational skills
Strong proficiency in both English and Chinese.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). 
Self-starter with a keen eye for detail and the ability to multitask. 
Self-motivated, proactive, detail-minded and a good team player; be able to multitask.
Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
