Requirements:

1. Experience: Freshers only.

2. Location: Any South Indian state.

3. Salary: 15K per month.

4. Probation Period: 4 months.

5. Language: Proficiency in Hindi and English.

6. Calls: Dial 200-250 daily.

7. Working Days: 6 days a week.

8. Shift Timing: 10 am to 7 pm.

9. Equipment: Laptop, Android phone, and good internet.

10. Google Meet: Willingness to participate daily. Audio meetings with screen sharing for training purposes

Job Responsibilities:

1. Make over 200 calls daily for user guidance and feedback.

2. Assist with market research.

3. Update sheets and CRM systems regularly.

Soft skills:

Eager Learner: Must be enthusiastic about learning new tasks and open to changes in team.

Hard Worker: Expected to demonstrate strong work ethic.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Making outbound calls to potential customers
• Answering incoming calls from prospective customers
• Promoting products or services over the phone
• Handling customer inquiries and resolving issues
