We are seeking a talented and passionate social media and Podcast Host / Producer to join our team. This individual will be responsible for conceptualizing, producing, and hosting engaging video content for various social media platforms, as well as creating and hosting podcasts on relevant topics. The ideal candidate is charismatic, articulate, and creative, with a deep understanding of social media trends and audience preferences. **

Key Responsibilities**

• Researching and Publishing to various podcast platforms like LinkedIn, YouTube, Instagram,
• Planning episodes, conducting guest research, scheduling, and interviewing
• Recording, editing, and contributing to the development of podcast content.
• Performing audio engineering tasks such as tuning, mixing, and leveling the audio
• Tailoring, adapting, and editing content.
• Collaborate with the content team to brainstorm ideas, develop concepts, and execute video projects.
• Performing other tasks as needed to further the success of the NetCom Learning Podcast

Requirements

• Experience hosting or producing tech or cloud-based podcasts.
• Understanding of global and US market corporate culture
• Proficiency in audio/video editing software (e.g., Adobe Audition, Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, etc.) and Video Production
• Familiarity with SEO principles and strategies for optimizing video and podcast content.
