In This Role, You Will:

• Spearhead the engineering efforts as our inaugural team member, contributing significantly to shaping engineering processes, culture, systems, and the code base at Multibase.
• Play a pivotal role in making strategic decisions regarding product development, prioritizing features, and addressing business challenges typical of early-stage startups.
• Collaborate closely with the cofounders to determine product roadmaps and implementation strategies.
• Engage with Multibase customers to gather insights, conceptualize, and implement new features and enhancements.
