Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain efficient, reusable, and reliable Ruby code.
• Ensure maximum performance, responsiveness, and security in applications.
• Work closely with product managers, designers, and other stakeholders to understand project requirements and deliver high-quality software.
• Actively participate and lead code reviews to preserve quality and ensure compliance with coding standards.
• Identify and fix defects and bugs in the software on time.
• Write, and maintain robust, scalable, and easily maintainable tests using frameworks like RSpec.
• Optimize database queries to enhance performance.
• Investigate and resolve issues reported by users or the quality control team.

Requirements

• Advanced English.
• 5+ years in development using Ruby on Rails and Node.
• 5+ years of experience in React development.
• Strong expertise with APIs REST.
• Solid experience with relational databases.
• Ability with version control systems.
• Experience with agile methodologies.
• Strong experience with usability testing.
