Salary: P60,000 to P80,000 (Monthly Package)

Schedule: Monday – Friday (08:30AM-05:30 AEST)

What are we looking for?

Skills Required:

Bachelor's degree in legal studies or a related field
Previous experience working in a law firm
Familiarity with contract and document management
Proficient in using document management software
Skilled in file administration tasks, including setting up new matters
Knowledgeable in using LEAP Legal Software, MS Office Tools, and other relevant technology
Demonstrate exceptional spoken English proficiency
Previous experience working in an Australian company is highly desirable

What will you do?

Assist with drafting cost agreements.
Open new matters.
Confirm and enter correct client contact details.
Save various documents to matters.
Run conflict checks for possible new clients.
Data entry and document filing.
Administrative functions.
