Job description

As our company grows, our financial operations become more sophisticated and so do the analytics required to obtain the most relevant information to support them. For that purpose, you’ll join a team of finance analytics experts to carry out a wide variety of projects and asses each of them for specific data and process needs. You’ll have the opportunity to propose new ways to structure our data, and become a source of expertise in financial systems within Avature.

Your challenges and objectives:

Lead our external process audits.
Contribute to the development and continuous improvement of internal controls, policies, processes, and procedures.
Control deficiencies, identify potential risks, and recommend appropriate actions to mitigate them.
Monitor and track the implementation of audit recommendations, ensuring timely and appropriate remediation actions are taken.

Your day-to-day activities:

Prepare information for our external auditors.
Create process documentation and guidelines.
Develop and monitor monthly data and procedure controls.
Provide training and support to finance team members on new processes and best practices.

About you:

Experience with finance processes, controls, and audits.
Ability to organize, interpret, and analyze large volumes of qualitative and quantitative data.
Analytical skills and excellent attention to detail.
Ability to safeguard sensitive and confidential data.
Strong oral and written communication skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
Fluency in English.
