Job description

Direct Counsel is working with a prominent law firm who is currently seeking an experienced Workers Compensation Attorney to join their team. This is an excellent opportunity for candidates with a strong background in Workers Compensation or who have just started growing in their career.

Requirements:

  • At least 1yr experience in Workers Compensation
  • CA Bar-JD or LLM will qualify
  • Tech Savvy as attorneys will be learning a proprietary system
  • Someone who likes structure
  • Able to put in 50-55 billable hours/week, collaborative billing with Legal Assistants
  • Collaborative worker and team player

Compensation:

  • From $100k/yr-$200k/yr depending on experience
  • Quarterly bonus
  • Discretionary Bonus based on performance
