Location: Work from Home


Type: Contractor Full-time/ project based part-time freelancer (long-term)


Working Day: Mon - Friday, 9:30AM-7:00PM CNT

Job Description:


Managing end-to-end recruitment for our hiring partners (clients) from job posting, sourcing, screening, selection of the right candidates, offer negotiation.


Provide curated consultation with clients to understand their hiring needs and expectations.


Developing a good understanding of our hiring partners; Improve and advise on current recruitment 'best practice'


Working with candidates to identify the best job match and manage priorities efficiently


Managing and tracking a high volume of hiring processes while also providing guidance, gathering feedback and pushing job processes forward


Helping candidates at all stages of interviews and at scale



What skills and experience are required?


At least 6 months in recruitment, headhunting


High learning agility and the ability to work with Partners from around the globe


Passion for high growth companies and adaptable and comfortable with uncertainty


High-organized with the ability to follow through on projects with minimal supervision.


Salary

24900 - 41500 INR (Per Month)
