We are looking for a Real-Estate Calling Executive to join our team at Victorie Software Consulting Services. This is a part-time, remote, freelance, contract-to-hire position. As a Real-Estate Calling Executive, you will be responsible for contacting potential clients in the real estate industry and promoting our services. This is an entry-level role, suitable for individuals with less than 1 year of experience. If you have excellent communication skills, enjoy cold calling, and have a passion for sales and real estate, we would love to hear from you.

Qualifications and Skills

Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build positive relationships
Experience in cold calling or sales is a plus
Knowledge of the real estate industry is preferred
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
Self-motivated and result-oriented
Familiarity with CRM software is a plus
Flexibility to work part-time and remotely

Roles and Responsibilities

Contact potential clients in the real estate industry via phone and email
Promote our services and explain the benefits to potential clients
Conduct cold calling to generate leads and schedule appointments
Maintain a database of contacts and track communication history
Follow up with potential clients to answer any questions and provide additional information
Achieve sales targets and contribute to the growth of the company
Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies and improve overall sales performance
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments in the real estate market
