Job Description

Role: Technical Analyst (A2)

Experience: 2 to 5 Yrs

Skills: PeopleSoft FSCM, GL, AP,AR, BI, PeopleTools, SQL, knowledge into Functional.

Shift: UK & US Shifts (Weekly rotation)

Mode of Work: Work from the office (We can give work from home option, but in case of any performance issue they have to be available for work from the office)

Notice Period: IMMEDIATE - Less then 15 Days Time*

Requirements:

2+ to 5 years of experience as a PeopleSoft Analyst.
Hands-on experience with PeopleTools and PeopleSoft Financials modules.
Solid understanding of PeopleTools, including Application Designer, PeopleCode, and Component Interface.
Proficiency in PeopleSoft Financials modules.
Should have knowledge into Functional skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to analyze and interpret business requirements.
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities:

Configure, customize and maintain PeopleSoft applications to meet business needs.
Collaborate with business users to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
Perform system testing, identify, and resolve issues, and ensure the successful implementation of solutions.
Provide technical support and troubleshooting for PeopleSoft applications.
Keep abreast of industry trends and updates related to PeopleSoft technologies and Financials modules.
Work closely with cross-functional teams to integrate PeopleSoft solutions with other business systems.
