Service Now Architect

We are seeking a talented and experienced ServiceNow Architect with 8+years of experience to lead the

design and implementation of ServiceNow solutions for our clients. In this critical role, you will be

responsible for architecting cutting-edge systems, providing technical guidance, and ensuring that

ServiceNow solutions align with business objectives.

Essential Requirements:

Minimum of seven years of experience in ServiceNow development and architecture.

Proven expertise in designing and implementing complex ServiceNow solutions, including custom

applications and integrations.

ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD) and Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS)

certifications are highly preferred.

Strong understanding of JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and ServiceNow scripting languages.

Experience in implementing ADA Compliances is preferable.

Knowledge on Microsoft Technologies & Cloud is added advantage.

Exceptional problem-solving and communication skills.

Demonstrated leadership abilities, with the capacity to inspire and guide teams.

Strong client-facing and consulting skills.

Job Responsibilities:

Design and engineer solutions leveraging all appropriate components offered by ServiceNow to

answer the needs for business workflows, ticketing or other ITSM requirements.

Experience working with Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Policies, UI Actions, Script Includes,

Access Control, Email Notifications, Inbound Actions through HTML, Java script and Angular JS.

Experience on implementing end-to-end Service Catalog, Incident Management, Knowledge

Management, Configuration Management and Change Management.

Experience working with flow designer, User administration, reporting and implementation of

REST and SOAP web services.

Implement Service-Now customization through Client Scripts, UI and Data policies, UI Actions,

Script including, Business rules, catalog items, Record Producer, data imports, exports, and

Reports
