Roles and Responsibilities:

• The candidate will be involved with end to end recruitment process.
• Need to work with different job portals and social media platforms for sourcing profiles.
• Specialized skills and qualifications to screen resumes
• Perform pre-screening calls to analyse applicants abilities
• Creating and understanding various job roles.
• Interacting with candidates for various job opening.
• Scheduling and coordinating interviews for the candidates.
• Pre and post-follow-up with the candidate.
• Dealing with collection of required document.
• Offer negotiation and offer roll out.
• Preparing daily reports

Desired Candidate:

• Experience in hiring
• Experience in bulk hiring, and contract hiring would be a plus
• Having good written and verbal communication.
• Good exposure to Ms Office.
• Good interpersonal Skills, self-confident and enthusiasm.
