Staff4Me is currently seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to both English and Mandarin-speaking customers. Requirements

Fluency in both English and Mandarin (spoken and written).
Prior customer service experience is preferred.
1-5 years of relevant experience
Excellent communication skills and ability to adapt to different customer needs.
Strong problem-solving and time-management abilities.
Attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks.
Ability to work well in a team-oriented environment.
Proficiency in using computer systems and software.
