Description

We’re looking for a Customer Service Agent to join our vibrant support center, where every day brings new challenges and exciting opportunities to grow. 

At our rapidly expanding international company, we’re passionate about delivering outstanding service and we do it all in English. 

That means all customer interactions and internal communications are 100% in English, so a high level of written and spoken English is essential, Hebrew is not a must. 

What You’ll Do: 

  • Provide high-quality written support to merchants and end customers, no phone calls, just smart, thoughtful messaging. 
  • Use logic, empathy, and efficiency to meet performance goals and deliver excellent service. 
  • Identify and escalate urgent issues to your Team Leader to ensure smooth operations. 
  • Share ideas and feedback to help improve team processes and the overall customer experience.
