Primary responsibilities:

You will be assigned to support a mass hiring project for renown fashion retail brands and BPO companies with your superior which includes the following scope
Design digital posters to spread job vacancies awareness for given job assignments to various social media communities of portals/channels
Source for potential candidates for the given job assignment.
Screen, Interview (when needed), and submit qualified candidates' profiles to clients.
Follow-up candidate interest & track candidate interview stages until offer stage
Negotiate and mediate expectations between potential candidates and clients.
Other ad-hoc responsibilities include: Ad hoc projects as required by your Superior

Requirements

Degree/Diploma student within related discipline, able to fulfill 3 months of internship period
Final year student or graduating intern are highly preferred
Intermediate knowledge of MS Office and Google Suites, as well as design platforms (e.g. Canva, Adobe Illustrator).
Possesses a laptop and mobile
Possesses administrative and research skills
Excellent presentation skills and communication skills
Ability to deliver timely solutions and develop strong relationships with clients
Exceptional attention to detail, organizational and time management skills
Ability to manage several priorities simultaneously and delegate duties where appropriate
Ability to carry out duties as independently as possible.
