We seek a highly skilled Tech Partner (m/f/d) to join our growing tech team. 1KOMMA5° is building Germany's largest one-stop-shop for sale, installation, and services related to solar, heat pumps, electricity, and charging infrastructure. And they are all connected! Be a part of our mission!
Your mission
  • Provide comprehensive in-person end-user support for both tools and hardware

  • Provide remote support employees in other countries and regions

  • Be an essential part of change management in your region

  • Never reassign tickets to others. You own your tickets and can ask other pros in the team for development!

  • Contribute to the global IT strategy and make sure that it is well aligned with company needs

  • Use your resilience to collaborate in a fast-paced, agile environment and adapt to changing priorities

  • Liaise with local staff and stakeholders, to ensure the overriding core focus on IT (specifically with tooling) is extended globally 

  • Automate! Automate! Automate!

  • To cross functionally align with key stakeholders in the broader Tech org, to ensure we can capitalize on where overlaps can exist

  • Aligning wide-spread changes, as 1k5 expands, adapts and changes

  • Be hands on with standard tooling configurations and implementation

  • Listening, training and supporting our international user base (L1-L2 support)

Your profile
  • Minimum of 1-2 years of  Technology service desk support experience

  • Ability to demonstrate design thinking methodology

  • Having worked or interned in fast growing start-up environments is a huge plus!

  • Experience with transformation/change management

  • Understanding and management experience with Tech tooling stacks 

    • Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, Slack, Atlassian

    • MDM tools including InTune and Kandji

  • English and the local (DE) language in both written and verbal communication (C1/C2)
