As an Instructor and Coach, you will be responsible for training and coaching individuals in the trades industry, specifically HVAC, Plumbing, and Electrical work. Responsibilities:

Teach and mentor individuals interested in trades such as HVAC, plumbing, and electrician work
Provide hands-on training and practical knowledge to help individuals develop necessary skills
Offer guidance and support to individuals in their career or entrepreneurial journey
Develop and deliver educational materials, including workshops, tutorials, and online courses
Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in trades sector

Requirements

Prior experience working in trades such as HVAC, plumbing, or electrician
Strong knowledge and expertise in trades industry practices and techniques
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Passion for teaching and mentoring others
Ability to work independently and adapt to different learning styles
Experience in creating educational materials, workshops, tutorials, or online courses is a plus
