Job description

This position is part of a transformation team that supports Direct Sales Center (DSC) customers by creating, testing and championing process improvement opportunities to continuously improve DSC operational results. This position will also collaborate with DSC management to evaluate implemented processes and provide support and coaching as needed to realize intended results.WHAT WE CAN OFFER YOU: - Estimated Salary: $70,000-90,000 plus annual bonus opportunity - Benefits and Perks, 401(k) plan with a 2% company contribution and 6% company match. - Regular associates working 40 hours a week can earn up to 15 days of vacation each year. - Regular associates receive 11 paid holidays in 2024, which includes 2 floating holidays that are added to your prorated personal time to be used at your discretion. - Regular associates are provided sick leave through the use of personal time. Associates working 40 hours a week can receive up to 40 hours of personal time in 2024, which is prorated based on the start date. Additionally you will receive two floating holidays in 2024 by way of personal time that may be used at your discretion.

WHAT YOU'LL DO: - Carries out experimental processes to secure future success for the Direct Sales Center. - Represents peer supervisors and seeks input from stakeholders while partnering with the Transformation Team to monitor and maintain implemented processes. - Drives continuous improvement aligned with customer needs and organizational goals. Monitors and enhances team performance while ensuring adherence to new processes. - Manages agent queries with expertise in products and policies. Actively participates in cross-functional teams to innovate processes for improved corporate performance. Demonstrates leadership in talent and business management. - Collaborates with supporting departments to resolve any service delivery, system, and/or quality issues. Utilizes appropriate business judgment and provides effective support to pilot agents and project team. - Develops and maintains an engaged and accountable workforce and a fair and equitable working environment.

WHAT YOU’LL BRING: - Proficient in fostering a "test-and-learn" culture, adept at conducting A/B testing and leveraging insights to drive organizational change through influencing the actions and opinions of others. - Experience planning and accomplishing dynamic long and short-term goals. - Strong leadership skills in a sales environment and understanding of sales techniques and methodologies. - Strong problem solving, project management/organizational and analytical skills. - Excellent human relations, motivational, and presentation skills - Strong oral and written communication skills. - Ability to work a flexible schedule. - You promote a culture of diversity and inclusion, value different ideas and opinions, and listen courageously, remaining curious in all that you do. - Ability to work remotely with access to a high-speed internet connection and located in the United States or Puerto Rico.
