Job description

Responsibilities

Design and develop features according to the product roadmap.
Mentor other developers in the development process.
Proactively take responsibility for the entire development cycle.

Requirements

Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Computer Science
3+ years of significant experience as a full-stack developer (opportunity to be a team lead for highly skilled developers)
Hands-on programming experience with Node.js and React.js
Proficient in HTML/CSS and with Mongo/Mongoose for seamless data management.
Working knowledge of Docker, Jenkins, Kubernetes, and the CI/CD pipeline - critical in staying ahead of the curve.
Fluency in English and the communication skills to effortlessly collaborate with engineers located globally

Prior experience working in a fast-paced startup would be an added advantage

Preferred skills:

Firm grasp over the design and construction of REST APIs
Deep understanding of large systems, complex code bases, and version control systems such as Git
The capability to function without hand-holding and micromanagement
Experienced candidates will be considered for a Team Lead position
