What You'll Do**

The Digital Planning & Insights department supports the Digital and Data divisions with strategic and operational financial planning, monthly forecasting, portfolio management, and delivery of relevant management reporting and insights.

We are looking for an experienced Team Leader to guide and lead the annual financial planning cycle and support overall technology business management. As the Team Leader, you will oversee a team of portfolio management analysts and own the annual budgeting and monthly forecasting processes and support analysis of strategic initiatives.

Here are a few of the key responsibilities you will be a part of :

  • Inspire, grow, and manage a newer FP&A team and organization's priorities to deliver business results, achieve its goals, and development potential
  • Oversees training and development of employees directly and makes effective staffing decisions
  • Proactively manage the expectations of leadership team and key stakeholders
  • Collaborate and partner with Digital Shared and Enabling Services teams, Divisional Department Leads and Directors to manage and influence the accuracy of divisional financial forecasts
  • Partnering with Finance and others to improve policies and processes
  • Accountable for team in preparation of monthly reviews of operations and financial performance, including identifying finding, evaluating, reporting, and communicating findings to divisional leadership
  • Preparing presentations for Senior/Executive leadership
  • Monitors operational expense trends, variances, and issues, and takes appropriate action
  • Recognizes and solves complex business problems through financial and business process analyses
  • Decisions are guided by policies, procedures, and business plan, receives guidance from organizational leadership
  • Provides technical financial education and guidance to employees, colleagues and/or internal customers

The salary range for this role is based on national data and actual pay is based on skills, experience, education, and other relevant factors for a potential new associate:

Hiring Minimum: $113810

Hiring Maximum: $193785 **

Skills/Requirements**

What Experience you'll need :

  • Bachelor's Degree and/or equivalent experience
  • 7+ years of financial planning and analysis experience, including :
    • 3+ years of people leadership experience with demonstrated effective leadership, supervising and interpersonal skills to instruct or assign work to others, motivate, and coach, and evaluate work performance
    • Advanced experience with Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.

  • Candidates that live within a commutable distance from our Tempe, AZ and St. Louis, MO home office locations are expected to work in the office three days per week, with a preference for Tuesday through Thursday.***
