Key responsabilities:
- Manage assigned client portfolio with accounts receivable focus
- Provide exceptional customer service and handle daily funding for clients
- Analyze customer information to recommend products/services to management, resolve issues
- Ensure procedures are followed to minimize risk; update account information regularly
- Perform collections, support customer needs and maintain financial accounts
