Job description

We are looking for a talented and experienced Talent Acquisition Lead to join our IT services company in India. As a Talent Acquisition Lead, you will be responsible for managing the recruitment process and ensuring that we attract and hire the best candidates for our organization. This is a remote work opportunity.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract top talent across various channels (job boards, social media, referrals, etc.)
  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, resume screening, candidate interviews, offer negotiation, and onboarding
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and develop job descriptions that accurately reflect their requirements
  • Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for future hiring needs
  • Ensure that our recruitment processes are efficient, effective, and compliant with legal and regulatory requirements
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all recruitment activities in our applicant tracking system (ATS)
  • Provide regular updates and reports on recruitment metrics and KPIs to senior management
  • Continuously improve our recruitment processes by staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • At least 2 years of experience in Talent Acquisition, preferably in the IT services industry
  • Experience with various recruitment channels and tools, including job boards, social media, and applicant tracking systems
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with candidates and hiring managers
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
  • Knowledge of legal and regulatory requirements related to recruitment and hiring in India
  • Ability to work independently and remotely
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
