Job description

Rore Investing is a fast growing USA based real estate investment company.  

We are looking for a hard working, mathematically minded underwriter who is great at Excel.   

Responsibilities

  • Working with acquisitions teams to understand the financials of real estate deal completely
  • Organizes all data into Excel/Google Sheets templates with analysis 
  • Organizes info about each deal into easy to understand documents for sales team and public
  • Developing guides and checklists for each asset type
