The crux of this role is to provide cutting edge technical expertise combined with superb managerial and leadership skills.
You’ll be overseeing a massively successful IP which is transitioning from a proprietary engine to UE5.
You’ll have an impressive track record of leading AAA calibre projects, but must also show the ability to manage programmers / software architects whilst having a positive influence on people and studio culture.
This is a real C level role. You’ll be reporting directly to the CEO and would also be expected to build relationships with internationally located sister studios in their wider group.
