Lead and manage IT projects from initiation to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and meet quality standards.
Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
Develop project plans, schedules, and budgets, and track progress against established goals.
Identify and mitigate risks, issues, and dependencies that may impact project delivery
Job Description
Coordinate with internal teams, vendors, and external partners to ensure seamless project execution.
Oversee the implementation and integration of physical security systems, including CCTV, access control, alarm systems, and video conferencing solutions.
Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards related to physical security.
Provide regular updates and reports on project status, including milestones, budget, and resource allocation.
Foster a collaborative and positive team environment, motivating team members to achieve project objectives.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field. Proven experience as an IT Project Manager, with a focus on physical security systems.
Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with tight deadlines and competing priorities.
Proficiency in Physical Security Emphasis
Familiarity with Agile and Waterfall project management methodologies.
Strong knowledge of physical security technologies and systems, including Hikvision, Honeywell, Bosch, Yealink, fiber optics, low voltage systems, audio/visual equipment, payment processing systems, and networking infrastructure.
Excellent project management skills, with the ability to plan, execute, and monitor projects effectively.
Strong communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders.
Ability to adapt to changing requirements and prioritize tasks accordingly.
Familiarity with Agile and Waterfall project management methodologies. PMP certification or equivalent project management certification is preferred
