- Knowledge of ServiceNow modules
- Experience in one or more of the following: Front-End Development, Back-End Development, Project Management, Business Process Consultancy, GRC, Solution or Technical Architecture, etc.
- Desirable: ServiceNow certificates or willingness to obtain
- Languages: English (Mandatory)

- Translating the customer needs into requirements and document them in user stories that can be worked on by the development team.
- Tailoring the ServiceNow value proposition to prospects based on in-depth research of specific business conditions and drivers.
- Develop and implement applications and integrations from inception to completion, tailored to the customer requirements.
- Develop workflows and scripts to personalize existing applications and automate and improve processes.
- Understand detailed requirements and own your code from design, implementation, test automation and delivery of high-quality solutions to our customers.
- Design quality features and think about how the applications and solutions will evolve in the future.
- Solving complex problems in a highly dynamic and agile environment.
- Having a strong focus on code quality and reusability.
