We are a group of serial entrepreneurs in the climate space, mobilizing talent to deploy as much solar as we can. We believe that talent is distributed but opportunities are not. Our US-MX company wants to provide a better career path to solar professionals on both sides of the border. Climate change does not know borders. We need a coordinated border-less effort to solve the largest problem of our generation. We also want to create a work environment where our team members look forward to it .
