This is a remote position.
We are looking for enthusiastic Customer Success Executives to work with our team to ensure that our products and services are delivered with high standards in terms of user experience and support. You will work as part of a team with the following responsibilities:
· Understand various solutions and services of ILET related to learning management, assessments, and exams
· Provide proactive support to our clients on various platforms on a day-day basis
· Prepare User Guides, Manuals and Presentations
· Support the client on the products and facilitate customer onboarding & training
· Customer Support on all issues relating to Products and Services
· Engage customers effectively and enable in resolving issues
Graduates with preferably technical orientation
· Prior work experience of 1 - 3 years.
· Customer centric and Problem-solving attitude
· Must be comfortable with working with digital tools, softwares and Virtual Collaboration
· Process-oriented and Delivery Centric experience
· Good communication skills - Written and Spoken
· Good skills in MS Office Tools - Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook
· Keenness and ability to learn new tools applications through exploration, usage and self trainings - support will be provided
· Ability to take up new responsibilities with ownership
· Willingness to grow with the company
· Punctual and quality conscious
· Energetic, engaging and passionate delivery for “show and tell”

Compensation: Based on over all experience and will be at par with industry standards.
