Core Responsibilities
  • Develop and oversee a comprehensive cyber risk quantification research strategy that aligns with the organization's objectives and the evolving threat landscape.
  • Lead a team of quantitative analysts and cybersecurity researchers in developing models that accurately assess cyber threats' financial and operational impacts.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including risk management, cybersecurity operations, and product development, to integrate quantitative risk analysis into decision-making processes.
  • Establish partnerships with academic institutions, industry groups, and technology partners to advance research initiatives and stay at the forefront of cyber risk quantification methodologies.
  • Drive the adoption of advanced analytics, machine learning, and statistical modeling techniques to enhance the accuracy and effectiveness of risk quantification.
  • Communicate complex quantitative concepts and research findings to a broad audience, including senior executives, clients, and external stakeholders, to influence risk management strategies and practices.
  • Represent the company as a thought leader in cyber risk quantification at industry conferences and in professional publications.
