Responsibilities

  • Responsible for recruiting for all Technical roles in the USA.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree required
  • +5 years of experience working in full-cycle recruiting for corporate functions
  • +3 years of experience working for the USA IT Market.
  • Technical recruiting background is a must
  • Experience in recruitment KPIs.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills (English and Spanish).
  • Knowledgeable in various recruiting platforms and e-recruitment tools.

Languages

  • Advanced Oral English.
  • Native Spanish.

  • Fully remote.
