• Bachelor#39;s degree in computer science, software engineering, or a related field.
• Proven 5+ years of experience as an Adobe Target Developer or similar role, with a strong portfolio of successful personalization campaigns ( Adobe Target – Personalization Engine) is a must have attribute.
• In-depth knowledge of Adobe Target platform, including its capabilities, features, and integration with other Adobe Experience Cloud products.
• Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and other web technologies.
• Experience with A/B testing, multivariate testing, and other optimization techniques.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines and delivering high-quality work.
• Experience with tag management systems (e.g., Adobe Launch) is a plus.
• Adobe certification is a must

Required Qualification:

• Master’s or bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• Good oral and written communication skills in English.
