  • Should be proficient in chatbot development frameworks like Microsoft bot framework.
  • Knowledge of NLU services for intent recognition, entity extraction, and dialogue management.
  • Understanding of user experience principles for creating a chatbot with a user-friendly interface and conversation flow.
  • Having knowledge of Azure and SAP will be addon.
