Role and Responsibilities:
- Lead and drive the implementation of Salesforce CPQ (Configure, Price, Quote) for our clients
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and design solutions using Salesforce CPQ functionality
- Customize Salesforce CPQ to meet business needs, including product configuration, pricing customization, and advanced approval workflows
- Develop and maintain custom scripts and integrations to enhance Salesforce CPQ functionality
- Utilize Salesforce CPQ's guided selling capabilities to optimize the quoting process
- Configure multi-dimensional quoting (MDQ) to support complex pricing structures
- Design and implement quote templates to ensure consistent branding and professional appearance
- Support contract management, renewals, upsells, and optimizations using Salesforce CPQ
- Stay updated with the latest Salesforce CPQ features and best practices
Candidate Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
- 6-9 years of experience in Salesforce CRM, with a focus on Salesforce CPQ
- Salesforce CPQ certifications and expertise in product configuration and pricing customization
- Strong knowledge of Salesforce CPQ functionality, including guided selling and multi-dimensional quoting
- Experience in developing and maintaining custom scripts and integrations with Salesforce CPQ
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
