Role and Responsibilities:
We are looking for a skilled Python Ignition Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate should have 3-7 years of experience developing PLC controlled SCADA systems, preferably in the manufacturing industry, and the ability to develop PLC programs, HMI screens, and SCADA systems. They should also possess 2-4 years of experience working with Inductive Automations Ignition Platform and be Ignition Gold Certified. The candidate should have a working knowledge of IIoT and Industry 4.0 technologies, as well as the ability to manage time appropriately, handle multiple client engagements, and demonstrate excellent teamwork and leadership skills. Strong written and verbal communication, the capability to influence cross-functional teams, and consult at multiple levels within an organization are essential. The candidate should be adept at working remotely, managing tasks independently, developing and maintaining client relationships, and enjoy problem-solving with a focus on solutions. An analytical mindset, along with strong communication skills, is vital for this role.

Candidate Qualifications:
The candidate should possess a Bachelor’s degree in electrical, mechanical, chemical, or a related engineering field, or have relevant experience. Additionally, they should demonstrate a passion for their work, a significant experience working with large, imperfect data sets, and the ability to perform with analytical rigor and strong communication skills.
