Job description

We are looking for an Architectural Executive to be a key part of our team, who will be responsible for implementing our projects on-site.

The ideal candidate will be passionate about both architecture and interior design, have a strong portfolio in high-end residential projects at the construction stage, and is able to build a rapport with Clients, Consultants, and Contractors.

Job Title: Architectural Executive (WFH)

Responsibilities

Prepare design drawings, tender drawings, specifications, contract drawings, and working drawings for coordination with Clients, Consultants, and Contractors
Manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet project timelines

Qualifications and Skills

Minimum 7 years of experience
Minimum Bachelors degree in Architecture
Preferably graduate from UST, UP, FEU, ADMU
Experience in residential houses, residential and show flat projects.
Ability to manage multiple projects and work collaboratively with a team.
Proficient with architectural detailing and delight in crafting beautiful spaces
Strong oral and written communication skills
Proficient in Autocad, Sketchup, VRay/ Enscape
Must have your own device and internet connection
