We are seeking a skilled EpicCare ASAP Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge and experience with EpicCare software and possess excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. The EpicCare ASAP Specialist will be responsible for analyzing, configuring, and optimizing EpicCare ASAP to meet the needs of the organization and provide support for end-users. 


Responsiblities:

 

  • Collaborate with end-users and stakeholders to understand business needs and requirements
  • Analyze, configure, and optimize EpicCare software to meet business needs
  • Perform EpicCare software updates and maintain system functionality
  • Provide technical support for end-users, troubleshoot issues, and provide solutions
  • Develop and maintain documentation related to EpicCare configuration and workflows
  • Participate in system testing, quality assurance, and end-user training
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of EpicCare software and industry trends


Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Health Information Management, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
  • Certification in EpicCare (e.g., EpicCare Ambulatory, EpicCare Inpatient) strongly preferred
  • 3+ years of experience working with EpicCare software 
  • In-depth knowledge of EpicCare modules, workflows, and configuration options
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot complex issues
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and end-users
  • Detail-oriented with a strong focus on accuracy and quality
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
