Job description

International Finance company seeks bilingual Japanese Operation Specialist in New York.


Primary responsibilities:
  • Operations of daily financial arrangement including getting bank loans, issuing CP’s medium notes, etc.
  • Fund transfer / remittance to the group companies in the US and Japan
  • Bank reconciliations to check incoming funds
  • General Affairs work including office management
  • Support the company management at their request

·          *Currently, the position is temporarily Work From Home, but the team provides operation training on site.  After the training, the position will be remote until the Covid situation becomes better.



Requirements
  • 2-3 years of accounting and financial operations experience including fund transfer /remittance via cash management systems
  • Good communication skills in both English and Japanese (oral and written)
  • Accurate, detail oriented operational skills
  • Good time management skills
