Job description

At Outshore we’re looking for a full-time Marketing Automation Specialist for one of our clients, leader in the software development industry who works on Full Stack Development, Artificial Intelligence, and Data Analytics. As a Marketing Automation Specialist you will work with the Sales and Marketing Manager to design, develop and maintain marketing automation tools and digital marketing ads. You will support the sales and marketing team by delivering leads through multiple channels, including websites, social and email. You will work in Salesforce or other CRM tools as needed.

What you will do

  • Understands the strategy and implementation of marketing automation 
  • Develop and maintain campaigns to successfully increase awareness and move prospects to lead status
  • Assist in delivering Search Engine Marketing optimization
  • Report performance of all digital marketing campaigns and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs)
  • Work with the marketing team to plan, execute, and measure A/B tests to improve lead generation
  • Work between the Digital Content Creator to analyze existing asset performance and collaborate with to create high-quality content to be used in campaigns
  • Handle data by current data protection regulation
  • Be action oriented, analytical, and motivated by driving business impact


What we expect from you

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Business, or a related field
  • Experience in marketing automation, including nurture, segmentation, and program reporting
  • A proven track record of coordination of digital acquisition campaigns
  • Understanding of the capabilities of Salesforce, or other CRM tools
  • Solid knowledge of website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Google Search Console)
  • Ability to convey plans, issues in a clear, logical, and concise manner
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
  • Highly effective working cross-functionally within and across departments
  • Excellent organizational, writing, listening, and presentation skills
  • A team player capable of high performance and flexibility in a fast-paced environment
  • Willingness to learn and self-motivated to proactively seek training on new skills/trends
