ROLE SUMMARY
The Operations Assistant will provide operations and administrative support, including supporting a partner and COO in sales administration. The role itself is heavy on data management and accounting administration.
SCHEDULE: 8 AM 5 PM Pacific Standard Time, Follows Philippine Holidays
POSITION TYPE: Full Time
WORK ARRANGEMENT: Remote
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
· Transcribe interviews using Descript (a tool that creates a transcript itself using AI, but requires white-glove editing)
· Conduct data entry into Salesforce
· Perform light account administration tasks, such as reconciling expenses, data entry, and entering information into the Xero accounting software
· Convert cold emails (sales) into structured data inside of Salesforce, which involves extracting relevant info from an email and inputting the data into an opportunity in the system
· Respond to client emails
QUALIFICATIONS
· A Bachelors degree in the related field is an advantage
· Familiarity with the Descript tool is a bonus
· Knowledge of the following firm tools:
o Salesforce
o Microsoft 365
o Google Docs and products
o Xero
o Ramp credit card
o Notion
· Developer experience in Salesforce is a plus factor
· Experience in web design and advanced accounting knowledge is an advantage
· Experience in a multi-client environment
· Strong organization, oral and written communication skills
· Analytical skills with particular attention to detail
· Aptitude in data management, analytics, reporting preparation
· Ability to function in an autonomous environment independent worker, self-directed
