Job description

This is a remote position.

We are seeking a Principal Full Stack Developer to join our engineering team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in software development and is passionate about new industry trends and innovations. This role involves new feature development, improvement of existing features and systems, and setting new standards for product development with our tech stack, which includes React, Node with TypeScript, and AWS deployment environments.

Requirements
  • Strong development experience with large, demonstrable projects.
  • Proficiency with React, Node.js, and TypeScript.
  • Experience with AWS and understanding of container-based and serverless deployments.
  • Commitment to creating long-term, supportable, and stable technical solutions.
  • Preference for reliable, established options over new, untested ones.
  • Ability to produce high-quality code from home.
  • Skill in translating customer needs into functional, production-ready code.
  • Capacity to ship code daily for customer use.
  • A love for learning and staying current with the ever-evolving software landscape.
  • Openness to exploring new technologies and technical areas.
  • Self-motivation and a strong drive for self-learning.
  • Active participation in knowledge sharing within the community.
  • Availability for overlapping working hours with the Eastern Standard Time (EST) zone.
