Job description

This is a remote position.

We are currently seeking an experienced and highly skilled Salesforce Revenue Cloud Developers to join our team. Working closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, finance, and operations, your role involves implementing and customizing Revenue Cloud solutions to drive business growth and enhance revenue operations. 


Responsibilities: 

  • Revenue Management Strategy: Collaborate with key stakeholders to understand business requirements and develop revenue management strategies utilizing Salesforce Revenue Cloud. Analyze existing processes, identify areas for improvement, and propose solutions to streamline revenue operations. 
  • Implementation and Customization: Configure and customize Salesforce Revenue Cloud to align with the organization's revenue management processes. This includes designing and implementing revenue recognition rules, pricing models, and contract management workflows to ensure accurate and efficient revenue recognition and forecasting. 
  • Integration and Data Management: Integrate Salesforce Revenue Cloud with other systems, such as CRM and ERP, to ensure smooth data flow and consistent revenue data across platforms. Monitor data quality, identify discrepancies, and collaborate with relevant teams to address any issues. 
  • Training and User Support: Conduct training sessions for end-users, ensuring they have a comprehensive understanding of Salesforce Revenue Cloud's effective utilization. Provide ongoing support, troubleshoot issues, and address inquiries related to revenue management processes and system functionality. 
  • Reporting and Analytics: Develop and maintain revenue-related reports and dashboards using Salesforce Revenue Cloud. Analyze revenue data, identify trends, and provide actionable insights to drive revenue growth and optimize sales strategies. 
  • Continuous Improvement: Stay up-to-date with industry best practices, new features, and enhancements related to Salesforce Revenue Cloud. Proactively identify opportunities for process improvement, automation, and optimization to enhance revenue operations. 



Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, finance, or a related field. 
  • Extensive expertise and experience working with Salesforce Revenue Cloud and its modules (Revenue Recognition, CPQ, Billing, Contracts). 
  • Previous experience in revenue management, revenue operations, or finance roles, preferably within a technology or SaaS organization. 
  • Proficient in configuring and customizing Salesforce Revenue Cloud, including creating revenue recognition rules, price books, and contract management workflows. 
  • Familiarity with integrating Salesforce Revenue Cloud with other systems (CRM, ERP) using APIs. 
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, enabling you to interpret complex revenue data and derive meaningful insights. 
  • Strong project management skills, including task prioritization, timeline management, and delivering results within deadlines. 
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with cross effectively-functional teams and provide training and support to end-users. 
  • Salesforce certifications related to Revenue Cloud (e.g., Salesforce Certified Revenue Cloud Consultant) are advantageous.
