In this role, you will ensure professional client services for your assigned brand accounts. The primary purpose is to assist the Commerce Rev team by facilitating, coordinating, and executing client deliverables.

  • Management and maintenance of onboarding process and client portals

  • Full account management responsibility for high-growth brands/products; continuously improve brand position and grow sales

  • Relationship management with all departments and levels in client organizations;proactive communication hub for internal and client teams

  • Coordinate with creative content team to set priorities and manage project flow internally

  • Aid in monitoring sales, inventory, product reviews, price monitoring, and brand registries to efficiently increase traffic to product detail pages and store landing pages

  • Develop new account opportunities by building rapport; providing info and explanations; providing pricing and obtaining signed client agreements

  • Work with Commerce Rev team members to identity and attend conferences, trade shows, webinars, and networking events in order to maintain industry education, best practices, and acquire new customers

  • Other duties as assigned



Requirements
  • BA/BS Degree in Marketing, Business, Computer Science or a related field
  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience, preferably in e-commerce, retail, or online marketplaces (eBay, Walmart.com, Amazon etc.)
  • Ability to deliver results while working in a highly independent and fast-paced team environment
  • Self-starter with strong initiative and work ethic
  • Positive attitude with high energy
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to take initiative, problem solve, and develop solutions
  • Excellent customer-facing and internal communication skills including written, verbal, presentation, and organizational skills required
  • Ability to handle multiple projects and tasks; project management experience
  • Strong PC and MS Office skills
